This was a no-budge video for Daniel LaSpata’s grassroots campaign the 1st Ward Alderman of Chicago.

Shot on a Canon 7D and using a camera stabilizer with a home made over-the-head bungee support for the action shots.

Daniel won, defeating an incumbent who outspent him 10:1. While I like to think our video pushed him over the top. It was really achieved by a lot of hard work knocking on doors and getting out the vote.
